This years line-up featured a mix of established acts and up-and-coming artists across various genres. The Stranglers who headlined on the friday night are an English rock band who emerged via the punk rock scene in the 70's THIER PLAYLIST INCLUDED ‘Get A Grip On Yourself’, ‘No More Heroes’, AND 'GOLDEN BROWN' THE ONE THE CROWD HAD WAITED TO HEAR.
Saturday night SAW tHE DARKNESS WITH JUSTIN HAWKins ON LEAD VOCALS ENTERTAING THE CROWD WITH HIS ENERGETIC PERFORMANCE INCLUDING HEADSTANDS.... The Darkness performed PROBABLY THIER GREATEST HIT TO DATE ‘I Believe in a Thing Called Love’ WHICH BY THE THE REACTION OF THE AUDIENCE YOU CAN SEE WHY.
CLOSING THIS YEARS FESTIVAL ON THE MAIN STAGE WAS SOUL II SOUL THE THE ACT I WAS MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING AND BOY THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT PERFORMING CLASSIC SOUL AND FUNK GROOVES AND THERE HUGE HITS OF THE 8OS "KEEP ON MOVIN & bACK TO LIFE" WITH JAZZIE B CONTROLLING THE DJ DECKS AND ENTERTAING THE CROWD.
Other notable performances included LOCAL BOY SAM RICHARDSON, ELECTRIC SPANK, MY BABY, BAREFOOT BANDIT AND MISTATRICK COLLECTIVE TO NAME BUT A FEW.
